About the Retreat

When we show up to our yoga mats, it is easy to feel the profound benefits from our practice. The more challenging task is to carry the insights gained on the mat with us into our hurried lives.

So often the rigor of our day to day schedules leaves us with little time to reflect on how we are spending our precious energy. For many of us it is hard to create space for this reflection but the clarity it brings is immeasurable.

On this retreat, set amidst Montana’s majestic Rocky mountains, we will practice daily vinyasa yoga, meditation, inquiry, and mindful living. Join natural foods chef, vibrant vinyasa yoga and mindful meditation teacher, and consummate student of life Lauren Lewis for an exploration of what it truly means “be here now.” When we carve out space to engage in the present moment we can awaken to a deeper knowing, our intuition — that which can guide us toward a more peaceful and attentive state of being.

Accommodation Options

YURTS
With large, glass domes located at the center of the lattice-supported, canvas ceiling, brilliant, warm sunlight pours in during the day and offers a breathtaking view of the starry, starry sky at night. Nothing compares! Yurts can sleep two or be reserved as private.
MAIN LODGE
These shared rooms in the Main Lodge can host up to three guests. Each room has a shared bath. Conveniently located near the practice space and dining hall.
RANCH CHALET
The Ranch Chalet overlooks the sprawling lawn and lake. These lovely rooms can be singles or doubles, with the option for private or shared baths.
LAKE CABIN
This is premier real estate at the Ranch! A beautiful two-bedroom, two bath, fully appointed mountain cabin that can be reserved as a single or double in each side.
HONEYMOON CABIN
The Honeymoon Cabin offers rustic ambiance with a front porch and room for two with a private bathroom. Its proximity to the bathhouse allows you to take full advantage of the sauna and hot tub.
SAI CONDO
Sai Condo is nestled still farther back in the tall pines with a large floor to ceiling wall of windows and room for three. Guests will need to take a short walk to the beautiful bathhouse for restroom, spa and shower facilities.
DELUXE WALL TENTS
Glamping at it’s finest – our wall tents will make you feel like royalty while lounging in the great outdoors of Montana’s Rocky Mountains. These unique, roomy outdoor living spaces offer a relaxing oasis for savoring fresh air and solitude and can be reserved as a single or double.
TENTS
Tent accommodations are hidden amidst the trees for those who truly want solitude in the Montana great outdoors. Each tent comes with a proper mattress and nice linens plus includes full access to the nearby bathhouse with its fragrant cedar wood, the warmth of the sauna, and soothing bliss inside our sparkling hot tub.
TIPIS
Our tipi dwellers love falling to sleep on elevated cots inside toasty sleeping bags while gazing at the myriad sparkling stars spread across the crystal clear night sky and waking to a cathedral of bird songs welcoming in the new day. True, intimate connection with nature can be experienced in tipi living; it’s clear why the Plains Indian tribes developed this perfect nomadic dwelling. Our tipis offer you an open “eye to the sky” with canvas walls that shift color, light and shadow during daylight.

Full Description of Accommodations Options

Retreat Details

Program Tuition & Basic Accommodations: $2325 for 6-night retreat.

Tuition fee includes: Basic shared occupancy in Main Lodge, Yurt, Sai Condo, Shared Walled Tent OR Single Occupancy Tipi/Regular Tent, plus meals and use of all amenities – the co-ed bathhouse, sauna, hot tub, as well as all the Feathered Pipe Ranch facilities and grounds.

Shuttle service: Shuttle service from/to Helena Regional Airport on arrival/departure day is complimentary (free) for all registered guests. Please note that if you are needing pick-up or drop-off on any other day, that there will be a $35 one-way charge.

Arrival and departure: Please plan to arrive between Noon and 4:00pm on the arrival day (Sat, Aug 17) so you can join us for a welcoming ceremony and light practice before dinner at 6:30pm and our group evening orientation following dinner. Please arrange to leave the Ranch in the morning or early afternoon of departure day (Fri, Aug 23). Final day room checkout is at 9:00am. Guests are welcome to stay at the Ranch until their flight leaves that day.

Retreat will include:

  • 6-nights of indoor or outdoor accommodations (upgraded accommodations require an additional fee)
  • All daily classes and group sessions, suitable for all
  • Delicious and lovingly prepared international cuisine
  • Shuttle service from/to Helena Regional Airport on arrival/departure day
  • Full access to the extensive Feathered Pipe grounds (including the hot tub and sauna)

I recognize that the Lauren Lewis Yoga hosted program at the Feathered Pipe Ranch in which I will participate may require physical exertion that may be strenuous, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. If not, I will make efforts to learn of the health risks of this type of program. I am aware that Lauren Lewis Yoga and the Feathered Pipe Ranch is not staffed or equipped to provide medical advice about such risks, or to provide medical care, treatment, or diagnosis to any program participants. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the program. I represent and warrant that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition which could prevent my full participation in a program. I understand that Lauren Lewis Yoga or Feathered Pipe Ranch does not provide any medical or health screening of participants, instead relying on the good faith of participants like myself to cooperate as described in this agreement to help keep all of us safe and healthy.

Knowing the potential risks in participating in a Lauren Lewis Yoga Retreat hosted at Feathered Pipe Ranch, I attest that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks involved.

A $500 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to hold your space for this retreat with Lauren Lewis at the Feathered Pipe Ranch. 

CANCELLATION BY REGISTRANT: Final payment is due 8 weeks from the beginning date of program. If you have not paid in full, you will receive an invoice at this time.

For cancellations by the registrant more than 8 weeks from the beginning date of program, THE DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE  but transferrable to another person or transferable to the following year (dates may vary). A $150 transfer fee will be applied to any changes made for any reason. Any payment beyond the deposit (less the cancellation fee) will be REFUNDED. 

For cancellations by the registrant 8 weeks or less from the beginning date of the program the $500 DEPOSIT will be NON-REFUNDABLE- no excpetions. Payment beyond the non-refundable deposit will be transferrable to another person for the same program, same year if your space can be filled. At the 8 week point, if your space cannot be filled you will forfeit your entire tuition.

All cancellations must be received in writing by email at lauren@laurenlewisyoga.com or by phone 303-501-3967.  Refunds, if available and/or applicable, will be remitted within 30 days.

CANCELLATION BY FEATHERED PIPE FOUNDATION OR LAUREN LEWIS YOGA: In the event that the program has to be cancelled or postponed to a later date by Feathered Pipe Foundation or Lauren Lewis Yoga for any reason, we will transfer your registration and deposits/payments made to the rescheduled program, or  refund all program deposits/payments if desired.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED: In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by any party, Lauren Lewis Yoga and the Feathered Pipe Foundation WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
