I recognize that the Lauren Lewis Yoga hosted program at Palmaia: House of AiA in which I will participate may require physical exertion that may be strenuous, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. If not, I will make efforts to learn of the health risks of this type of program. I am aware that Lauren Lewis Yoga and Palmaia is not staffed or equipped to provide medical advice about such risks, or to provide medical care, treatment, or diagnosis to any program participants. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the program. I represent and warrant that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition which could prevent my full participation in a program. I understand that Lauren Lewis Yoga or Palmaia does not provide any medical or health screening of participants, instead relying on the good faith of participants like myself to cooperate as described in this agreement to help keep all of us safe and healthy.
Knowing the potential risks in participating in a Lauren Lewis Yoga Retreat hosted at Palmaia, I attest that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks involved.
A $750 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to hold your space for Return to Balance, with Lauren Lewis at Palmaia. After two business days the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE even if your spot is filled. For this retreat this is non-negotiable.
Final payment is due on July 1st, 2025. An invoice will be sent to collect final payment if you did not pay in full. At this point the deposit is non-refundable but the remaining balance can be transferred to a new participant same retreat, same year if you have a person to take your place or someone on the waitlist will take your place.
On or after September 1st there will be zero refunds regardless of if your spot is filled or not.
Travel insurance is a great idea. Please note that most travel insurance companies require insurance to be purchased withing 2 weeks of booking a trip. It is advised to reach out to travel insurance companies promptly after making your deposit.
CANCELLATION BY Palmaia OR LAUREN LEWIS YOGA:
In the event that the program has to be cancelled or postponed to a later date by Palmaia or Lauren Lewis Yoga for any reason, we will transfer your registration and deposits/payments made to the rescheduled program, or refund all program deposits/payments if desired.
TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED: In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by any party, Lauren Lewis Yoga and Palmaia WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
